To implement production plans, programs and schedules.
• To implement production procedures of organization.
• To supervise section managers (or) section leaders for production department to ensure that their duties and responsibilities are diligently discharged.
• To implement safety rules & regulations of organization.
• To control and improve for products of quality.
• To undertake any tasks assigned by Factory Manager and director.
• To monitor, analyze, measure the objectives and follow the objective achievement.
• To control the any production changes and monitor the production process.
• To monitor the departmental risks and follow the requirement of risk actions.
• Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
• Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines
• Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees
• Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management
• Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity
• Create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels

Minimum requirements for this position
• Bachelor of Engineering (EP/MP)
• Age between 35 to 45
• 3+ years’ experience in production Operations
• 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory capacity
• Excellent project management skills
• Able to speak business English level
• Able to work under pressure and Hlaing Thar Yar Industrial Zone 1.
