On behalf of our Client, a well-known Food Stuff Industry Company, we are looking for a Production Manager to be based at their factory in Sagaing Region, Myanmar.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
•Plans, organizes, directs and runs optimum day-to-day operations
•Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time delivery
•Shares a trusting relationship with work group and recruits, manages and develops plant staff
•Follows to plant safety procedures
•Addresses employees’ issues or grievances and administers collective bargaining agreements
•Manages Farmers and Government relationships

Job Requirements
•Must be a bachelor’s degree holder
•Proven work experience as a plant manager
•Proven managerial experience
•Adequate Knowledge of agriculture activities
•Demonstrated ability to manage farmers & government relationship
•Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
•Fluent English communication skill as speaking, listening, reading and writing
•Excellent command of computer is essential
•Command of the Chinese language is a plus
