• Prepare yearly business plan and update as needed
• Prepare monthly, 3-month and 6-month production plan

• Revise purchase & cross department operation lead time as needed
• Carry out standard product pre-costing an actual costing of PMI products
• Review of approved cost sheet on yearly basis and/or as required
• Coordinate with IBD/Marketing for forecasting, purchasing orders & deliveries
• Follow up with marketing and IBD for getting update in business forecast
• Develop, update and route for approval of MIC documentation

• Prepare demand forecasting on financial year basis, upon market and sales data
• Monitor plan vs. actual and report in case of any delay or discrepancy to the manager
• Work with cross-departments for flow of operation in adherence with the production plan
• Run MRP (Material Requirements Planning) on monthly basis
• Plan in coordination with purchasing team to optimize the safety stock in case of amendment of plan, from time to time
• Coordination with the cross functional team to gather production plan information and, implement and monitor the approved plan

• Manage monthly and weekly production schedule as per the business plan with respect to MTO (Make to Order) & MTS (Make to Stock) demand scenario
• Prepare monthly report on production plan adherence, output and value, costing approval status and other related tasks from time to time.

• Fluency in English
• Minimum 7-years’ experience in the field of PPIC
• Minimum 5-years work experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Minimum 3-years work experience at a managerial level

• A professional qualification in production and inventory management is a plus
• Experience working in both a non-ERP system as well as ERP/MRP environment
• Ability to demonstrate the knowledge of S&OP processes
• Knowledge of the entire pharmaceutical manufacturing value chain
• Material planning (RM, PM, FG)
• Costing, production planning and related documentation
• Excellent planning & organizing skills
• Ability to work with cross-department teams to deliver results
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to use MS Office tools effectively
