Collaborate with interior designers to translate design concepts into technical plans.
Ensure technical feasibility and compliance with building codes and regulations.
Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and material schedules for project.
Supervise project activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
Assist in preparing project budgets and cost estimates.
Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising design quality.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding technical aspects of projects.
Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and issues.
Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, reports, and correspondence.
Prepare progress reports for senior management and clients.
Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and other project stakeholders to achieve project goals.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

A bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent; AGTI , B Tech, BE (Civil)
Experience in project management, project engineering, or related roles, Over 4 years, is often preferred.
Strong technical skills in relevant engineering disciplines are essential.
Excellent project management and supervision skills are crucial.
Problem-Solving and Analytical Abilities: The ability to identify and solve problems effectively is vital.
Effective organization and time management skills are important for managing multiple projects and tasks.
Leadership Skills: Some roles may require leadership skills to guide and motivate project teams
