Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs for all electrical and ELV works (Electrical, ELV and fire alarm etc.) as per Contract.
Prepare materials brand submission, materials sample board submission, method of statements for documents submission.
Prepare materials BOQ (own self / Sub-Contractor) as per actual site installation/shop drawings and Method of Statement
Monitor site installation works and ensures compliance with approved drawings, method of statements and standards.
Ensure and check that sub-contractors to do materials order which based on master schedules and must attached relevant drawings in this materials order.
Monitor and check that sub-contractor’s materials withdrawal form which based on actual installation, make sure sub-contractor’s to follow in house rules.
Lead and arrange site inspections (materials, installation, pre-test, performance test and so on) which followed approved Method Statement, Standard Details Drawings and so on.
Monitor sub-contractors – to close inspection’s comments within 3 days and pass all inspection documents to Head Office at every Friday.
Supervise testing and commissioning of electrical and ELV systems and ensure proper documentation.
Monitor project progress, prepare progress reports, and highlight potential risks or delays.
Ensure that all electrical and ELV works are executed in accordance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Support in cost control, variation claims, and project close-out documentation.
Attend project meetings and provide technical support to the project team.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Professional certification (e.g., Registered Engineer License) is a plus.
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant working experience in M&E or building services, especially in electrical systems.
Experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects is preferred.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, installation, and maintenance.
Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other electrical design software.
Familiar with local and international electrical codes and standards (e.g., IEC, NEC).
Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Understanding of M&E coordination and integration with other building systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing).

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
