Must have a strong understanding of Construction Project Planning & Operation.
Must be capable of managing projects effectively to ensure completion according to the project schedule.
Must be able to manage and supervise relevant labor subcontractors efficiently.
Must be able to provide necessary instructions to the Survey Team.
Must have good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in government building construction projects.

Must hold a B.E (Civil) degree or be a Registered Senior Engineer (R.S.E - Construction).
Must be between 40 and 50 years old.
Must be proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
Must have at least 10 years of experience working as a Project Engineer, particularly in pile foundation and high-rise building projects.
