A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of kitchen equipment (e.g., fryers, grills).
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
  • Identify opportunities to improve equipment efficiency and reduce energy/operational costs.
  • Collaborate with vendors and R&D teams to pilot new technologies.
  • Manage CAPEX projects, including equipment upgrades, store remodels, and new installations.
  • Daily inspections of units under maintenance and follow-up quick responses to   M&E pending jobs.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager in preparing the annual budgets.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
  • 5+ years in engineering/maintenance, preferably in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), hospitality, or food manufacturing.
  • Interested in food and beverage Industry.
  • Good problem solving, multi-tasking and administrative skills are a must.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
