Project Planning and Execution

• Develop and manage the overall project schedule, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), and commissioning teams.
• Monitor day-to-day progress and proactively address risks and delays.

Site Management

• Oversee site mobilization, civil works, mechanical installations, and electrical integration.
• Ensure optimal resource allocation and utilization (manpower, equipment, materials).
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards on site.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with contractors, vendors, consultants, and government authorities.
• Coordinate internal teams and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage client expectations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Budget & Cost Control

• Monitor project budget and expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Approve invoices and manage financial documentation related to the project.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, specifications, and industry codes.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality audits.

Commissioning & Handover

• Supervise testing, commissioning, and grid synchronization of the plant.
• Prepare handover documentation, including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and compliance certificates.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, or Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in solar power project execution.
• At least 2–3 projects, preferably ground-mounted.
• Proven experience managing large-scale EPC or utility-scale solar projects.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Understanding of solar PV systems, SCADA, substation, and transmission line integration.
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
