•To lead perform mobile service provisioning daily/monthly basis

•To assist senior staff for providing necessary data and requirement of operation side when new product/development come

•To provide weekly/monthly report to Team Manager

•To provide ad-hoc report when relevant person is request

•To cooperate with team members workload when necessary

•Good knowledge in Microsoft Office(Excel & Outlook)

•Good at Teamwork

•Strong customer service focused

•Understanding for billing operations procedures in SAP system and office system software.

•English language skill is required for both Spoken and Written

•Investigating and solving all irregular transactions

•Have progressive business management attitude with customer service mindset

•Ability to work well in a team environment

•Understanding all of internal procedure

•Ability to manage work productivity to finish on time
