For Supervisor,

  • Monitor in-process and final product quality.

  • Implement QC procedures per company and regulatory standards.

  • Support root cause analysis and CAPA execution.

  • Coordinate with Production and R&D for quality consistency.

  • Handle daily technical troubleshooting and ensure GMP, ISO, and safety compliance.

  • Supervise and train QC/OA staff on inspection standards.

For Leader,

  • Lead overall QC/QA and Technical operations.

  • Ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

  • Manage CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Oversee cross-functional collaboration with Production, Maintenance, and R&D.

  • Drive GMP, ISO, and safety excellence across operations.

  • Develop and mentor the QC/QA team.

For Supervisor

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.

  • 3–5 years’ experience in Quality or Technical Supervisor roles (RACG/Pharma preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, and inspection systems.

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and team-focused.

For Leader,

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, or related technical field.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality/Technical leadership (FMCG/Pharma preferred).

  • Strong expertise in GMP, ISO 9001, and quality systems.

  • Strategic, proactive, and strong leadership mindset.
