Job Description:
The Quality Assurance is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of system testing on simple to complex implementations. The QA Analyst works collaboratively within the IT department and related business units to execute and validate test cases based upon system.

Other responsibilities include:
- Develop test plans, test cases & test scripts on respective project.
- Perform testing on system with related products.
- Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process.
- Feed the application owner with detailed information for any defects.
- Works with the digital channel team to run test in production environment after deployment to ensure the quality.
- Know the product vision & works closely with the application owner and Quality Assurance Lead.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in digital service of banking

- Understanding the Online/ Mobile banking process.

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of related work experience in banking or testing related fields.
