Greeting the visitors
Issue the visitor cards and guide the direction of the concerned place for the visitors
Inform the person whom the visitors wish to meet
Transfer the incoming phone call to the concerned person or department
Visitor list is recorded and send back the email
Receiving the CV form and give back to HR
Manage the security for the visitor cards and give instruction to them about the rule of the visitor access procedures
Having good relationship with all the employees, visitors and securities
