- Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth
- Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team
- Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization
- Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to zonal heads
- Ensure quality consistency across the region
- Maximize sales and profitability in the region
- Set sales targets for individual locations

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Must have more than (5) years managerial sales experience in related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree. Prefer Diploma in Sale & Marketing.
- Can work under pressure.
- Prefer independently work and lead sales & market.
- Good command of English language and computer skills (MS, Office, Internet & Email)
- Ideally experience in distribution sales.
