Position: Regional Sales Manager
Report to: National Sales Manager
Duty Station: Meiktila

-Manage to achieve sales target for all Regional Sub Distributors Areas
-To manage all Regional sales Supervisors and Managers
-Organize to establish excellent network and communication among Sub Distributors and Company Departments
-Participate in cross working function to support Regional Sales Department
-Train new sales department hires in company process and procedures
-Lead,motivate,acknowledge ,and inspire your team to perform beyond expectations
-Continually monitor and track regional sales performance
-Analyze and report on monthly sales outcomes
-Build and maintain positive client and customer relationships

-Diploma in Sales & Marketing (or) MBA
