Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail branch/store including Sales, Inventory, Finance and Office Administration.
Creating business plan to attract new customers, expand store traffic and enhance profitability
Meeting sale goals by training, motivation, mentoring sale staff
Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Ensuring store compliance with health and safety standards
Maintaining accurate records of all transactions, activities and communications in accordance with company policy & procedures

Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant fields
A minimum of 5 year experience as a retail manager or in other managerial position in Retail Business
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skill
Strong organizational, time management and leadership skills
Knowledge of retail managemet best practices
High level proficiency with MS office
