About the Company

Our client is a well-known local company in Oil & Gas companies that they will extend their as new business in Upper Myanmar.

The Role

  • Overall management for related procedures in retail store
  • Manage the effective resources of the business
  • Responsible to maximising profitability and setting sales targets
  • To provide sales training, motivation, mentoring to sales team
  • To handle customer queries and complaints
  • Involve in personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs
  • Additional store manager duties as needed
