Purpose of the role:

Right hand of the country manager, you maximize company’s sales volume and ensure customer satisfaction within company’s sales strategy and sales conditions. Attend our current distributors as well as retailers in the whole country. Participating in the recruitment process and management of the Legrand retail sales team, setting objectives and key performance indicators.

Business development:

Finding new partners for new products ranges and new partners to access new markets in close cooperation with country manager and marketing team. Expand retailer network in cooperation with distributors.
Setting regular meetings with them to understand their need and give them the right support in Marketing, training, communication, selling tools

Animation:

Animation of the distribution network through promotion & point of sales activities and marketing.
Following their stock levels and establish order forecasts with our logistic department.
Feedback price variation, market trends, competitor’s activities to marketing department.
Close cooperation with the project’s sales team in order to establish forecasts and “push/pull” synergies with distributors involved in the projects.

Monitoring:

Set and monitor the different aspect of the business:
- Sales target and achievement of the sales team and global turnover/profitability
- Payment
- Forecasts on orders

Sales track record
Technical background, specifically on electrical products
Strong experience in sales and negotiation
Good English skills and intercultural skills
Able to liaise with people at all levels, within and outside of company
Able to travel within Myanmar
