  • Supervise, Train and assist employees like sales associated and store cashier in customer service, store maintence and product promotions.
  • Develop and maintain schedule for employees.
  • Seek ways to better promote the store, the product line and service within the store.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement  purchasing plans and maintain contact with purchasers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.
  • Manage all controllable costs with a view to maintaining profitability.
  • Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times.
  • Hire and train as needed to ensure adequate personnel is on hand to provide outstanding customer service.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • At Least Bachelor Degree or related Field.
  • Minimum 2+ years experience as a store manager in retail fashion.
  • Great personality that can interact and establish great relations with employees.
  • Provide sales analysis and understanding ot the business trend.
  • Maintains store staff by planning, monitoring and training employees.
  • Great undestanding of retail's SOP in general.
