An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Investigate market trends and offer products that would appeal to customers
Create department policies, goals and procedures for own stores
Handle customers’ requests, comments and complaints
Implements sales strategies with partner channels in order to maximize revenue and meet sales goals.
Motivate retail staffs to achieve targets
Create sales report management and control inventory
Monitor own stores and partner stock level and communication with internal department.
Meet regularly with counterparts with partner/organization via phone and mail.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification preferred
At least 2 years’ experience in supervising at a retail store or similar
Ability to use Microsoft Office applications
Good Command in English Skills
