An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework for the company.
  • Identify the key risks exposed by the new products, new projects and implement the risk mitigation plan
  • Monitor the regulatory compliance risk and ensure that the company operation is in complying with CBM regulation
  • Recommends and implement risk management solutions such as insurance, safety and security policies, business continuity plans, or recovery measures
  • Contribute to the development of the company’s risk appetite statement.

  • Update the functional risk register on a periodic basis.

  • Handle fraud-related incidents and lead investigations.

  • Conduct risk assessments for marketing campaigns and other business activities.

  • Regular discussion meetings with Head of Group Risk and submit weekly job report
  • Promote a risk-aware culture within the organization by delivering risk training to staff and facilitating risk-sharing sessions.
  • Recording the risk related incidents by using the Incident Management System and reporting to Executive Members and Head of Group Risk

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management or related field (Master’s degree or relevant certification preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Fintech Industry.
  • Experience in assessing risks in financial, operational, and strategic areas is preferred.
  • Srong industry knowledge regarding practices, policies, current regulations and technology.

  • In-depth knowledge of system and project-related risks, with the ability to identify, assess, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

  • Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence across multiple teams and departments to drive risk management initiatives and ensure compliance.
