  • Identify hazards, conduct specific risk assessments and preventive control measures for road safety.
  • Overseeing the activities of travel and workplace, to make sure that employees within that setting comply with government’s safety regulations and/or the organization’s policies and fleet management procedures (KO , ISO 450001)
  • Participate in planning, implementation, reporting and monitoring of road safety (route to market) policies, programs and training delivery.
  • Conduct the road safety trainings to associates of CCPBM, customers and contractors as per training analysis. Verify with capability team for training effectiveness and advise for improvement opportunities of road safety culture and competency.
  • Organize road safety meetings with relevant cross functional leaders to share safety update information from CCPBM, Operation Unit, Global safety Council outcomes, regulatory changes, internal/external customer feedback and actions of status. Collect feedback and report back to management for improvement.
  • Travel as necessary for programs implementation. Work with local authorities, law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to promote road safety measures and initiatives.
  • Assist in investigation, root cause analysis and reporting of incidents, together with OHS&S Manager, and provided information for Calls to Actions or Lessons Learned cases. Collect road safety data for daily, weekly, monthly reports and report timely to management.
  • Promote 14 LSR (Life Safety Rule) and fleet safety requirements. Lead in vehicle tracking system monitoring and reporting. Monitor road safety technology trends and provide innovative ideas to management.

  • Min 3 years' experience in health and safety and road safety
  • University/ Bachelor’s Degree
  • Certificate in occupational health and safety.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics.
  • Excellent coordination, organizational abilities and someone that can easily motivate others.
  • Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety.
  • Experience in Microsoft word, PowerPoint .
  • Good in English 4 Skills.
