  • Identify new market opportunities
  • Manage the receipts/ handling and escalation of sales enquires
  • Building and maintain profitable relationship with key customers
  • Development and Initiate a partnership program to extend reach to new market
  • Expending the customer based by upselling and cross-selling
  • Know competition and strategizing accordingly
  • Conduct a formal market analysis to identity key market and customer trends
  • Weekly sales and sales targets. Must be able to submit a monthly report.
  • Supervise the activities and capabilities of the employees in his department.
  • Must be able to calculate Monthly Sales Forecast, Sales Data and submit to Management.
  • Must be able to draw up sales and marketing plans.
  • He must be able to lead his subordinates.
  • Responsibility There must be accountability.
  • Must be able to manage between the head office and the Mandalay branch office under him.
  • To be responsible for the collection of shops that are late in debt.
  • Must be able to perform duties given by management
  • The individual's sales target must be set.

  • Must be a graduate. Must have Diploma or Certificate in Sales and Marketing
  • Must have at least (3) years of work experience in the current position.
  • Must have a good attitude and interpersonal skills
  • Competency in Microsoft Office and Internet & Email
  • Must be 30 years old and above
  • Should be able to use Microsoft Office. Must have good presentation skills.
  • Must be able to travel.
  • Those with experience in sales of engine oil or car spare parts will be preferred.
