> Design channel model, budget and lead implementation
> Research and analyze potential alternative channels,
> Establish and maintain relationship with potential alternative channels, in order to gain trust and support
> Work closely with related parties to design the new operating model for a new channel
> Assist or lead in the implementation of a new alternative channel
> Lead team, inclusive of managing performance, coaching, mentoring, hiring and career development
> Special projects as assigned

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

> Solid analytical and quantitative skills
> Working knowledge of telecom (preferably)
> Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior planning positions & distribution channel positions
> Proven oral, written, telephone and presentation skills.
> Good communication skill in English
> Strong interpersonal skills.
> Ability to understand the working dynamics of various distribution channels and deployment realities of channels
