  • Ability to listen, pay attention and be patient to parents & children 
  • Ability to handle stress well
  • Problem solving skills needed to be able to quickly resolve customer complaints and other issues that may arise from time to time
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in trainings and professional development
