Provide comprehensive consultations to all customers (existing and new) throughout the project, retail & wholesale markets
Deliver agreed annual sales revenue and margin targets and develop defined strategies by account/market in order to achieve them.
Travel (Upper & Lower) when necessary, to develop new business and customer relationships.
Prepare annual sales budgets and weekly forecasts to monitor progress.
Prepare detailed quotations to present to customers with related person •
Ensure the product can be delivered to the customer on time.
Manage all customer enquiries in a timely and effective manner to follow the sales order process.
Compile and present company and competitor product assessments to feedback ideas for existing and future product development.
To provide comprehensive feedback and input in relation to all sales and marketing activity to management and related persons.
Lead a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data , assigning sales territores and building the team.
