Lead the Sales & Marketing Department and direct the daily operations.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
Customer Relationship Maintenance and Management
Responsible for all marketing and sales activities and maintain primary responsibility of sales with acquisition of new business
Responsible for overall management of targets, ensuring sales processes are followed
Analyze the related industries by gathering current marketplace information
Report directly to the GM Office

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

At least (5) years of progressive experience in Retail Sales or Marketing required
Any graduate but must hold Diploma in Sales / Marketing Management or Business Management.
Accountability, Accuracy, Punctuality, Attention to detail & Adaptability (ability to work under pressure)
Proven ability in the implementation of successful Sales & Marketing Strategies
Proficiency in Marketing Management
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Effective Managerial skills, Analytical skills and problem-solving skill
Experience in managing and directing a sales team
