► Need to achieve the sales target and drive to the team for the revenue growth.

► Provide market information, monitor competitor movement and support other important data to related parties for sales and marketing plan.

► Regular visit both existing customer to maintain good relationship and survey potential customer for business expansion.

► Continuously review sales and marketing performance and customer satisfaction to ensure achievement of performance objectives.

► Smooth business transaction, order conclusion, follow up payment and account receivable.


► Consulting to the customer to understand the product.

► Prepare new product marketing plans for product introductions in cooperation with management committee.

► Conduct one-on-one review with all subordinate to build more effective communication, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the
improvement of the team sales and activity performance.

► Bachelor degree with Marketing Diploma or Master Degree.

► Over 5 years of similar working experiences included 3 years experiences in Manager post.

► Must be have in construction material product field above 2 years.

► construction material product and industry knowledge.

► Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams.

► Fluent in English.

► Ability to work under pressure and time constraint to meet deadlines and accurate.
