Responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company in a designated area to achieve sales objectives. Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing Sales & Marketing opportunities and plans, implementing sales plans, managing staff.
1. Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals
2. Formulate sales policies and procedures, help prepare budgets target
3. Develop promotional ideas and material
4. Directs product research and development.
5. Protects organization's value by keeping the information confidential.
6. Develops strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
7. Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
8. Monitors competitor products, sales & marketing activities.
9. Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
10. Meets with area key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
11. Visits Regional customers regularly direct and indirect foodservice accounts in his/her territory to take orders, do detailing, promote products and conducts live sampling to introduce new products and/or widen product mix using the Wheat Flour Sales Method
12. Develops new accounts by calling on prospective customers.
13. Prepares Daily Report, competitor’s activities, Customer Complaint Report, other documents/reports and has to be submitted to the Head of Sales and Marketing and Head Office on time.
14. Discusses with the head of sales and marketing, and sales activities, customers’ concerns, competitor’s activities/ promotions, and other related matters and agrees on course of action and timetable.
15. Coordinates and monitors the distributor’s pricing structure, implementation of discounts, promotions, and free goods deal in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
16. Performs other related functions as may be assigned by his/her superiors.
လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Hotel and Restaurant Management/Food Technology/Culinary Arts/ Business degree or related professional qualification
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, primarily in food service or in a B2B food setting
• experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
• technical sales skills and knowledge of market research
• proven experience in customer relationship management
• experience in managing and directing a sales team
• relevant product and industry knowledge
• Very knowledgeable in excel and power point
• Fluent in English
• Pleasing personality with excellent communication skills
