(၁) လစဥ္ Marketing Plan မ်ားေရးဆြဲႏိုင္ျပီး Sales Target ကို ျပည့္မီရရွိေအာင္ ဦးေဆာင္ လုပ္ကိုင္ႏုိင္ရမည္။
(၂) ဆန္းသစ္ေသာ အေတြးအေခၚမ်ားႏွင့္ စိန္ေခၚမွဳမ်ားအား ရင္ဆိုင္ႏိုင္ရမည္။
(၃) Clients/Customers မ်ား၏ လိုအပ္ခ်က္မ်ားကို ဆန္းစစ္၍ အေရာင္းျမႇင့္တင္မႈမ်ားကို လိုလွ်င္ လိုအပ္သလို ျပဳလုပ္ႏိုင္ရမည္။
(၄) အေရာင္းျမႇင့္တင္ေရးအတြက္ လိုအပ္ေသာ Marketing Plan/ Marketing ဆိုင္ရာကိစၥအသီးသီး၏ တာဝန္မ်ားကို ဦးေဆာင္၍ လုပ္ကိုင္တတ္ရမည္။
(၅) အလုပ္ႏွင့္ပါတ္သက္ေသာ ကိစၥမ်ား၊ အစည္းအေဝးႏွင့္ ျပပြဲမ်ားသို႔ သြားေရာက္ရန္ လိုအပ္ပါက ျပည္တြင္း၊ျပည္ပ ခရီးမ်ား သြားေပးႏိုင္ရမည္။
(၆) အဖြဲ႕အစည္းမ်ားႏွင့္ ပူးေပါင္းေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္ျပီး မိမိအလုပ္အေပၚ သစၥာရွိ၍ တာဝန္ယူမႈ တာဝန္ခံမႈ ရွိရမည္။

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

(၁) တကၠသုိလ္တစ္ခုခုမွ ဘြဲ႔ရရွိျပီး အနည္းဆုံး Sales & Marketing Management Diploma ရရွိထားသူ ျဖစ္ရမည္။
(၂) အသက္ (၂၅ - ၄၀)ႏွစ္အတြင္း ရွိသူျဖစ္ျပီး က်န္းမာေရး ေကာင္းမြန္သူ ျဖစ္ရမည္။
(၃) ရုပ္ရည္အသင့္အတင့္ရွိျပီး အက်င့္စာရိတၱေကာင္းမြန္သူ ျဖစ္ရမည္။
(၄) English အေရး၊ အေျပာ ကြၽမ္းက်င္ရမည္။
(၅) Email/ Microsoft Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint ေကာင္းမြန္စြာ အသုံးျပဳတတ္ရမည္။
(၆) Sales & Marketing လုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႕အႀကံဳ အနည္းဆုံး (၅)ႏွစ္အထက္ ရွိျပီး ပါတိတ္၊အထည္အလိပ္လုပ္ငန္း အေတြ႕အႀကဳံရွိသူကို ဦးစားေပးမည္။
