• Lead and implement Marketing strategies & Modern Trade strategies for cosmetics category with a focus on topline growth and increasing market share and rank
• To manage weekly order processing and cooperation with inventory time for right time delivery
• Order taking at store level & Implementing the Trade Marketing Program
• Responsible for the analysis of product distribution for expending coverage
• Co-operate responsibilities for other leading supermarkets (Sein Gay Har, CHML, etc.,)
• Manage sets sale promotion plans, implementation, merchandise display and stocks balance check
• Perform management for supplier contracts & agreement
• Role-model for excellent customer service
• Manage and motivate staff, make the training and secure staff knowledge (customer service, product training, etc.,)
• Secure all marketing activities to run on time within guideline and budget
• Evaluate promotional effectiveness and competition benchmarking (promo, pricing, etc.,)
• To prepare marketing plan in cooperation with marketing team for marketing implementation
• Help to Sustainable current sales and new product penetration
• Perform other related duties and required of the Sales Department
• Perform all other duties as assigned by ad-hoc

 Any Bachelor’s degree holder and more preferable is Sales & Maketing Management Diploma
• Must have 4years above experiences in Management Field and Modern Trade Channel
• Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Written communication skills in both Myanmar and English language
• Must have good management and strong leadership skill
• Must have good personality and able to lead and motivate the team
• Service-oriented, Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work with others, (team player)
