You will be responsible for the achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Deep knowledge of Aluminium structures, facadesystems.
- Researching potential target industries and new customers, identifies business opportunities
- Take ownership of the management of the sales and marketing functions of the business
- Understand the client techno-commercial requirements.
- Ability to work as per sale targets.
- Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company's ambitious growth
- Support of tender department input project bids/tender/pre-tender.
- To be the main interface between the client & company.
- Maintain effective working relationships with staff all levels pithing the company as well as externally with client.
