This position will be responsible for assisting the sales force with daily sales administration activities.• Support the administrative function of the banca department• Sales compensation calculation to ensure that compensation and rewards/incentives for partner bank and financial advisor are computed and paid on time• Assist account management team and financial advisor on sales submissions and administration• Assist with office management and property maintenance matters at sales office• Plan and prepare office supplies, stationery and marketing materials to financial advisor• Assist to prepare required system and other reports as necessary between operation team and banca team.• Provide administrative support to relevant senior managers.• Support in any customer service requirements at partner bank.• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
