This position will be responsible for assisting the sales force with daily sales administration activities.
• Support the administrative function of the partnership group
• Sales compensation calculation to ensure that compensation and rewards/incentives for partner distributor is computed and paid on time
• Assist account management team and on sales submissions and administration
• Assist with office management and property maintenance matters at sales office
• Plan and prepare office supplies, stationery and marketing materials to partnership team
• Assist to prepare required system and other reports as necessary between operation team and partnership team.
• Provide administrative support to relevant senior managers.
• Support in any customer service requirements at partner channel.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
