Knows and analyzes Myanmar Earthmover / Mining market
Records and analyzes competitors tire performances when visiting end users
Develops arguments (product and services) for customers, following validated rules and instructions
Analyses his portfolio and qualifies the accounts according to the expected result and the investment to be provided (portfolio management)
Deploys plans of action for customers or territory
Ensures product marketing functions with customers he is responsible for
Consolidates market information (competition, conditions, observed prices, products, services, environment…) and ensures a regular internal circulation
Measures activity deviations and results
Inspects damaged tires; Coordinates technical support with its entity to ensure high level support for earthmover customers. Identifies the causes of problems and proposes corrective actions when possible.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or technical/engineering fields (preferred Engineering education background)
Proficiency in Burmese & English languages is a MUST: Writing & Speaking
2-3 year experience in automotive / technical sales or mining industry is appreciated
Willing to travel often country-wide, with potential for non-standard work hours and/or work during weekends
Appetite to work in mining industry and be on the field often
Good skill on planning and good autonomy
Good presentation skills and negotiation skills
Mature, sharp-minded, confident character
