  • Explore the regional areas and develop the dealers’ segment by identifying the right dealers.
  • Plan monthly regular trips to visit the potential areas for such development purpose by driving or travelling with most feasible transport. 
  • Able to find out the market preferred products, plan out the flow of dealer appointment, negotiation for appropriate terms of transaction, consistent and persistent to identify the next dealers.
  • Achieve monthly and annual targets set by the company.
  • Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to dealers.
  • Implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives at the dealer level.
  • Other related roles & responsibilities as required.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Any Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum two to three-year related experience in dealer segment (Construction Materials).
  • Must have strong verbal and written in English.
  • Willing to bring samples (20 kgs or more) while exploring the regional areas.
  • Good skill of computer
  • Must be able to travel
