Explore the regional areas and develop the dealers’ segment by identifying the right dealers. Plan monthly regular trips to visit the potential areas for such development purpose by driving or travelling with most feasible transport. Able to find out the market preferred products, plan out the flow of dealer appointment, negotiation for appropriate terms of transaction, consistent and persistent to identify the next dealers. Make sure all existing, new, incoming items are properly arranged, displayed, well-presented, prepared with slots and maintained in the showroom with the Showroom & Marketing. Supervise and coordinate Warehouse activities including receiving, storing, order picking, packing and dispatching of tile products. Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and delivery. Maintain and monitor inventory levels; conduct regular stock checks and reconciliation. Implement effective storage solutions and layout optimization for fragile tile materials. Oversee loading/unloading to prevent product damage and ensure safety compliance. Maintain items record (include taking photo for all defected items), document necessary information and submit report to Logistics Manager. Maintain cleanliness, organization and safety of the warehouse at all times. Lead, train and evaluate warehouse staff; assign tasks and monitor performance. Managing people skills and experience. Use Warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software for tracking inventory and operations. Coordinate with sales, logistics and procurement teams for seamless operations.
