Can prepare presentation and business proposal for projects/ business dealing.
Establish and maintains relationship with clients by providing a support, an information and researching and recommending new opportunities.
Calls (including cold calling) on potential building’s tenants and creates an effective pipeline of potential contacts.
Sell products to additional tenants in client existing building.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with building management and customers.
Eager to drive business activities (participant in marketing activities)
Can drive own sales target and sales way plan.
