• To initiate, promote and develop sales opportunities for the assigned products and to achieve the desired growth in business volume reflected in the Company's sales and income budget
• To prepare sales plans and secure orders for the Company's products, solutions and services, and to achieve the annual sales and income target as assigned by the Company Manager.
• To identify and establish new customers as well as new business opportunities to ensure successful market penetration and Department business expansion.
• To plan stock and keep principals update on project which including the initiation to promote and expand market.
• To establish healthy customer relations and provide efficient and effective service/ support so as to maintain their confidence in the reputation of the products and services offered by the Company. • To gather market information so as to keep the Department Manager updated on competitors’ movements and the Company's position in the market.
• To be conscious and receptive to customers’ needs, market trend and new products launched by competitors.
• To submit periodic sales report and activities plan to the Department Manager. Also, to report problems encountered on a regular basis.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Bachelor in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc (Industrial Chemistry) or related field
• Minimum 5-7 years experience in Sales & Marketing preferably in Paints and Construction Chemicals Industry
• Possess good written and verbal communication skills; Both English and Myanmar
• Able to travel upcountry
• Proficient in MS Office, Power Point, Internet, E-mail and excel spread sheets
• Strong Sales acumen and self-motivation
• Have a good leadership and manageable skill
