* Manage and Control all activities in sales process.
* Plan, execute, align & manage all sales plans to meet target/KPIs
* Proactively develop the sales channels through the support of different business units.
* Coordinate with the operations to provide the best quality service in addition to timely delivery, technical training and on site sales support.
* Prepare and present all related sales reports to the management.
* Prepare and present all related sales reports to the management.
* Prepare and control the department budget.
* To follow all procedures under company's rules & regulations
* Prepare and arrange the essential trainings for all sales team members
* Lead the team through collaborations & coaching sessions
* Monitor sale pipeline and manage the effectiveness of sales communications aligned with guideline provided by Exxonmobil guidelines

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

* A Bachelor degree with Sales & Marketing background & higher level education is also preferred
* Minimum of 5years Sales Experence in related field is mandatory.
* Excellent Sales and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication in English & Myanmar is preferred
* Excellent Computer skills (word, excel, power point, email)
* Good Planning and organization skills
