- MBA / BBA or Any Graduate with Dip in Sales&Marketing Management.
- Mature Candidate(above 30 years)
- Minimum 5years of fast moving consumer goods manager experience and achievement
- Strong Knowledge of Business plan, B2B and B2C plan, Promotion plan, Event and advertising plan, Strategic Plan.
- Experience in developing marketing, sales strategic, Sales Technique and market analysis skills.
- Have strong knowledge of about the local market, competitors and industry trends.
- Team leadership experience in a multi-disciplined environment.
- Have good communication, managing, organizing, negotiation, Creative thinking, talent, and problem-solving skill.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, customer, Consumer and other department employees.
- Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure.
- Proficient in English and computer skills.
