Sales Manager ( Pharma )

Wholly Responsible for the sales manager ( pharma ) based on related customers or clients regional.

Job Descriptions

  • Provide market intelligent to the company
  • Monitor and improve sales team performance by closely work together with team members.
  • Lead sales planning within annual and strategic planning
  • Enhance and improve sales capabilities by training and developing Sales teams
  • Ensure product visibility and availability with right pricing
  • Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
  • In-store merchandising execution is well implemented as guideline
  • Resolve market and operation issues within the area
  • General activities and performance of Sales Teams.
  • Developing sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
  • Maintain and build relationship with existing customers and new customers to determine sales opportunities.
  • Lead sales and operation process
  • Contribute and coordinate sales and marketing alignment
  • Integrate between Sales, Logistics activities and distributor/dealer sales orders & actual delivery
  • Responsible for branding, market expansion, achieving sales targets and strategic sales planning.
  • Increase sales growth by expending market and sales volume.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets by using strategic sales plans.
  • Setting individual sales target with sales team

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Age 35 and above
  • Candidates with medical background are preferred
  • At least 5years experience in Sales and Marketing Position and must have 3years experience as a Sales and Marketing manager level or Supervisor level at Medical/Pharmaceutical Company
  • Solid Management Skills
  • Understands what it takes to win in the market place
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task
  •  Excellent interpersonal skills with solid sales experience
  •  Must be able to travel
