- Responsible for the planning and effective implementation of the company’s marketing and sales program.
- Developing new business opportunities and provide technical advice and/or assistance to customer / prospects and authorized agents appointed by the company.
- Responsible for achieving sales results in accordance with set targets
- Assist to provide positive leadership, train, supervise and motivate sales team in the assigned region to achieve regional product sales target.
- Collect sales and marketing information and identify business opportunities.
- Provide feedback to Management on customer’s needs, trends affecting the company’s products and actions taken by the company.
- Attend to sales enquirers, glass product information e.g. usage, application, price movements and other developments to customers/prospects, arranging site visit and sales demonstration, follow up with prospects until closing of sales.
- Collect drawings, purchase order and other relevant sales documents and forward to superior for approval.
- Prepare sales forecast and reports for meetings and/or Management’s information.
- Visit to project sites and assist to resolve site issues and/or make recommendation for improvements.
- To manage and motivate a team of dynamic sales personnel in carrying out roles and responsibilities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of work done and achieve the company’s sales targets.
- Reporting to GM.

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree , Diploma or Professional holder preferably in Sales & Marketing or other relevant studies.
- At least 5 years working experience in similar field.
- At least 3 years working experience in Manager Level.
- Analytically, responsible and able to work in challenging environment.
- Independent, good and positive attitude and hardworking.
- Strong Management Skills in Sales & Marketing Teams.
- Willing to work in Yangon Industrial Zone,Mingalardon Township.
