- Provide update information of the hotel and marketing tools to Travel Agents and Customers
- Build up and maintaining a good relationship with customers to obtain repeat and loyalty guests
- Sell prospective and current guests on the hotel's services, such as dining options, swimming pools, and spa (Possessing complete knowledge of all of the services the hotel offers is important for making a successful sale)
- Cooperate with concerned departments to ensure smooth operation to deliver best quality service to the Guests.
- Regularly contact with the General Manager/ Resort Manager and the HODs of concerned departments for reviewing sales effort and providing feedback from customers.
- Review the weekly and monthly report on Sales & Marketing activities and result submitted by the team members to solve problems and increasing the sales volume.

- Graduate in any Discipline
- Age between (30 ~ 45) years
- Must have relevant knowledge and minimum (3) years experience with desired position
- Able to travel to other region if necessary
- Good negotiating and interpersonal skills and ability to influence others to reach agreement
- Must have good communication skill in English and computer knowledge
