• Process inquiries via email or phone
• Check data accuracy
• Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Reporting monthly sales result to the sales team
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally
• Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
• Stay up-to-date with new services and features
• Book keeping (Accounting Background) with preparing Sales Record and office admin arrangements
• Other duties and tasks as assigned

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

 Possess at least a Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Banking or equivalent.
 Able to command in English and Myanmar
 Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
 Good data entry and typing skills
 Excellent communication and problem solving skills
 Being able to adapt new situations and environments
