We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Salon Manager to lead our Bee Choo Origin salon in Yangon. The Salon Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff performance, and maintain the salon’s high standards in hygiene, professionalism, and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing schedules, coordinating with suppliers, recruiting new therapists and staff, implementing HR processes, and executing marketing and promotional strategies..

Branch & Operations Management

  • Supervise and guide Assistant Managers at each branch.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations, consistent service quality, and excellent customer experience.
  • Conduct regular branch visits to monitor performance and compliance.
  • Ensure brand standards and company policies are consistently followed.

HR Management

  • Lead the full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and staff retention.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and training manuals for staff.
  • Manage staff attendance, leave approvals, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Build a positive workplace culture that motivates and retains employees.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings, appraisals, and team-building activities.

Sales & Marketing Support

  • Monitor branch sales targets and customer acquisition efforts.
  • Support Sales & Marketing team with campaign execution and local promotions.
  • Review customer feedback to improve services and staff performance.

Finance & Reporting

  • Monitor revenues, expenses, and profitability of all branches.
  • Ensure proper stock control, payroll support, and HR cost management.
  • Prepare monthly performance and HR reports for management.

Strategic Leadership

  • Assist in long-term planning and expansion strategies.
  • Drive initiatives for higher customer loyalty and lower staff turnover.
  • Act as the communication bridge between the Director and branch staff.
  • Supervise and manage salon staff, including training, performance evaluation, and motivation.
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new therapists and salon staff to maintain high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, staff guidelines, and performance management processes.
  • Conduct staff appraisals, manage career development plans, and provide coaching or mentorship.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality salon services and maintain the salon’s reputation.
  •   Handle scheduling, staff shifts, and customer appointments efficiently.
  •  Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relations for salon products.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in the salon.
  •  Implement promotional campaigns, marketing activities, and client engagement initiatives.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Monitor business performance, report metrics, and suggest improvements.
  • Foster a positive work environment to retain talent and maintain staff satisfaction.

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in salon management, hospitality management, or a related role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience in recruiting, training, and managing diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and staff development.
  • Ability to use English in daily work and communication.
  • Loyal to the company management and company values.
  • Contracted candidates with prior experience in a similar role will be prioritized.
  • Knowledge of salon operations, hair care, nail, and spa services.
  • Customer-oriented with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
  • Familiarity with beauty product management, inventory control, and basic accounting is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet business targets.
