Perform day-to-day Human Resource operations
Manage new employee orientation program and briefing
Maintaining the employees’ data and update employees’ record in HR system
Ensuring that the employees are complying with the policies of the company
Managing HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules
Training administration
Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, resolve employee relations issues.
Preparation of the regular monthly reports such as the headcount reports, attrition reports.
Perform all government related reports and claims such as maternity, medical leave
In charge of insurance matters related to welfare of employees
Organize and execute employee engagement and welfare activities.
Take on additional projects/assignments as and when required.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Business Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management with minimum 5 years’ relevant HR experience
Familiar with Myanmar Labour Law and practices
Ability to work in fast paced environment, multi-task and well organized.
Possess initiative and have a strong sense of responsibility.
People oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft office application.
Able to communicate in English (written and spoken)
Experience in Darwinbox/SAP HR system would be advantageous.
Must be willing to be based in Myingyan
