'- Duties/ Review and verify the expenses with the company guidelines.
- Manage and control the day-to-day financial operations such as invoicing, expenses, debt collection, purchase control and payment and other transactions.
- To prepare Official Tax Return Submissions timely.
- Prepare the reports to management as daily report, monthly report & yearly report in details.
- To monitor the internal control & accounting system.
- To arrange Pre-audit programs regularly and liaise with auditors to ensure compliance is carried out.
- Work with collaboration and coordination with other teams or departements to achieve the company's goals.
- Overall responsibility of accurate financial reporting and performance management to specific daedlines.
