- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
- Maintain the finance of the organization
- Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions
- Develop trends.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
- Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
- Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
- Correspond with various other departments.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Proven experience as a Financial assistant Manager.
- Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Must have accounting knowledge.
- Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
- BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics Working toward a professional qualification/validation (e.g. CPA Australia, ACCA, CIMA, MICPA, MIA) is an advantage. - Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus
-5 or 6 years’ experience in Finance/AP and/or Shared Services is an advantage
- Knowledge of Accounting Policy. Hands on experiences is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft - Excel
- Possess analytical skill
- Ability to communicate and interact well with all level of people
- Mature, self assured, disciplined and motivated
- Willing to learn and work long hour during month end closing
