Oversee the full lifecycle management of enterprise applications, including installation, upgrades, configuration, and maintenance
Monitor application performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure minimal downtime.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Develop technical solutions that align with organizational goals and ensure scalability and efficiency.
Lead or participate in IT projects related to application deployment or enhancement.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Ensure seamless integration of applications with existing IT systems.
Work on data migration, ETL processes, and interfacing with other software solutions.
Provide second and third-level support for escalated application issues.
Mentor and train junior analysts and end-users on application features and best practices.
Ensure all applications comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
Identify and address potential security vulnerabilities in application environments.
Maintain detailed documentation of systems, workflows, and processes.
Prepare user manuals and training materials as necessary.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
At least 5–8 years of experience in application analysis, support, or related roles.
Proven experience with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRMS).
Proficiency in programming languages, database management (SQL), and system integration.
Familiarity with ITSM tools, cloud platforms, and application monitoring solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
