RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure that the application is up and running and should be able to support 24/7.
• Liaise between the business and IT teams.
• Involve in the full SDLC.
• Troubleshoot and support for the operation team’s issues.
• Maintain legacy systems.
• Responsible for the application functionalities and performance.
• Communicate with the vendors.
• Should be able to work under supervision and independently as well.

Knowledge & Skills
Essential
• Full SDLC knowledge and experience.
• Knowledge of database design, query cost and performance measurement, use of stored procedures and performance tuning, data transfer and data migration methods.
• Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align organization on decisions
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programing.
• Understanding of web services and complex software systems
• Experience with database systems with knowledge of SQL.
• Team player.
• Can do attitude
• Quick learner.
Desirable
• Java and Web Programming Skills, Software Development Process, Software Debugging.

Education & Special Training
Essential
• Bachelor's degree (Masters’ preferred) in Computer Science, IT or related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
Desirable
• Database Management Systems
• Red Hat Certification (RHCE)

Experience
Essential
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field.
• Troubleshooting of the applications.
Desirable
• Experience in the Banking is a plus.
• Experience with the Solaris OS is a plus.
• Experience with the Oracle DB is a plus.

Languages
• Myanmar
• English is a plus
